I have a H11DSI-NT server. IPMI shows CPU FAN error. But CPU FAN spins fine. What could be the root cause?

Answer
If you are using a 3rd party CPU FAN, please check the RPM. If the RPM is too low, IPMI will think the CPU FAN is bad and generate a FAN error.
