Question
Customer opened CRM case saying X10DAI can't upgrade BIOS with an error message "1e - Error: Secure Flash function is not supported on this file".

This error message indicated that the original BIOS is OEM BIOS and can't be upgraded to standard BIOS.  Customer can either to use the BIOS AS IS or RMA the M/B to flash to standard BIOS.  RMA may charge fee depending on warranty status.
