We recently deployed a SSG-222B-NE3X24R with 32 x Solidigm D5-P5336 30.72TB PCIe4 QLC E3.S 7.5mm NVME drives. In BMC, we only see 20-drives with two backplanes, in the OS, we see 32-drives. How do we fix this?
The backplanes jumpers were not set correctly. Please corrected the jumper settings based on Reference below:
