For X13SEDW-F, after updating BMC to v01.06.10, BMC cannot roll back to previous version such as 01.05.03.

Update BMC from 01.06.10 to 01.05.03 or previous version will fail via both IPMI web and sum tool, due to security reason, BMC 01.06.10 cannot roll back to previous version.
