For NVIDIA GPU system, Please advise how to update the nvidia-bug-report.sh version in Linux.

You don't update the nvidia-bug-report.sh script directly. 
The nvidia-bug-report.sh script is part of the NVIDIA graphics driver package.
Please use (apt,yum) to update the entire NVIDIA driver package.
