SYS-110T-M ;  One of those 8 hard drives is showing solid red LED. 
Can I pull any of those 2 unused drives, on the right hand side, to replace the red LED drive?

Found Avargo controller card inserted.
The solid-on == red LED == Failure of drive with RSTe support.

Please confirm if RAID is created and is configured with ONLY 6 drives. Those 2 drives are not in RAID group.
If true, then you may pull one of them to replace the solid red LED drive.
