I have a AOC-S3108L-H16iR controller with 15-drives RAID6.  I want to add four more drives into the RAID, what's the easiest way to do it?

Use storcli,
https://www.supermicro.com/wdl/driver/SAS/Broadcom/3908-3916/Management/007.3306.0000.000_MR7.33_storcli.zip

Example: 
To add drives /c0/e78/s15 to s18 into RAID6

add drives=EID:Slt1,EID:Slt2,EID:Slt3,EID:Slt4

storcli64 /c0/v0 start migrate type=raid6 option=add drives=78:15-18
