Question
On our SYS-A22GA-NBRT we update our GPU FW.  We no longer see GPU information in the BMC.  It sees GPUs FW but other information is missing.  Such as part number, serial number.

Ensure the GPU firmware package that was used is the latest.  Also please try reflashing the FW package.  

Important steps when updating, before starting the update boot the system to the UEFI shell.

After the update is complete perform an HMC reset
