I have a 36-drives JBOD that's connected to a H13SRA-TF using AOC-9361-24i.  There is one drive that I pulled from another system and inserted into slot15, it show UG (Foreign), how do I add it to the existing RAID?

You can use storcli
storcli64 /c0/fall delete  or storcli64/c0/ex/s15 delete foreign (x=EID)
storcli64 /c0/eall/s15 add hotsparedrive dgs=0
