Question
Our end customer has SYS-741GE-TNRT with VMD VROC configured for RAID1 and RAID5.  However, when he boots to the Ubuntu Desktop 22.04 installer, it sees individual nvme drives rather than RAID device.
Any clue?

Please use Ubuntu Server 22.04 or newer version which has VROC driver support for OS installation.
