Question
Our customer reports that they are unable to view Storage Monitoring on the SYS-121C-TN2R  system. This is their test server, which was received yesterday.
Since receiving the system, the customer has replaced Disk Drives 6 and 7, the power controller, and the RAID controller.  However, they cannot see the Storage Monitoring.
Any troubleshooting tips?

Answer
Answer:
Please have customer update BIOS and BMC to the latest.

After BIOS and firmware update, boot the system into either UEFI shell or OS.  If OS drive is not available, boot into UEFI shell.
If issue persists, get the storcli.efi from the link below.

Boot system into UEFI shell, type FS0:> storcli.efi /c0 show oob

if oob is set to i2c, then run this command and reboot the system after setting the oob.
FS0:> storcli /c0 set oob mode=pcie maxpayloadsize=64 maxpacketsize=80
