SYS-5019C-L; updated BIOS and BMC successfully, but after system reboot and my reboot could not find the OS drives any more

This can be the OS drive created with RAID through SATA controller had been reset from RAID back to AHCI mode. 
Please follow steps below to adjust BIOS setting:
=> Boot to BIOS page >> Advanced >> SATA and RSTe Configuration >> toggle SATA Mode Selection from AHCI to RAID >> F4 (Save and Exit)
=> The system should boot back to OS successfully.
