I have a SuperDOM (SMC P/N: SSD-DM064-SMCMVN1) and trying to secure erase the drive.  Do you know any tool can do that?

You can use Linux dd tool to wipe the drive.  
Example: dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/sda bs=1M
