How to Obtain Firmware Downloads for Supermicro Products
Supermicro provides access to applicable firmware information for Supermicro products through Supermicro support channels throughout the product lifetime and for a minimum of eight (8) years following the EOL announcement date. Applicable firmware downloads are available via the Download Center:
In accordance with Supermicro’s End-of-Life (EOL) Security Policy, security support for issues with Critical (9.0–10.0) and High (7.0–8.9) severity will continue for three (3) years following the EOL announcement date; during this period, Supermicro may issue firmware patches or mitigations based on severity and impact.
