We have X10DRL-CT on hand, if we want to learn the MAC address, we have to read a very small sticker on the motherboard, is there any way to get MAC address in the BIOS ?

Yes, please enter BIOS >> Advanced >> PCIe/PCI/PnP Configuration:

1. Onboard LAN Option ROM type >> EFI (Default : Legacy)

2. Network Stack >> Enable (Default : Disabled)

3. Safe changes and Reset.

Enter BIOS >> Advanced, there are iSCSI Configuration with LAN MAC address.
