1. In BIOS Enable. Advance>>Chipset>>North Bridge>>IIO Config>> Intel VT.
Advance>>PCIe Config>>SR-IOV Enabled
2. Need to install Hyper-V
3. Install the latest Intel driver from https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19372/intel-network-adapter-driver-for-windows-server-2019.html
4. Ensure SR-IOV is enabled in Properties Advanced setting.
5. Run C:\> Get-NetAdapterSriov from PowerShell, the Sriov will show as Supported
6. Run C:\> (Get-VmHost).IovSupport from PowerShell, the result will show as True
