Super Diagnostics Offline (SDO)

Super Diagnostics Offline (SDO) is a lightweight, OS-independent tool that performs comprehensive offline health diagnostics for Supermicro systems, covering essential components, firmware, and peripheral devices. Through log collection and targeted component testing, it enables data center administrators to quickly and accurately identify faulty parts when failures occur. SDO supports both CLI and GUI interfaces and can perform remote diagnostics in combination with Supermicro management software suites (SSM, SAA, SMCIPMITool).

This feature enables one-click execution of a fast and comprehensive system diagnostic. Leveraging the embedded SDO edition integrated directly into the system firmware, it eliminates the need for additional storage or external software setup to ensure a completely hassle-free experience. Ideal for rapid hardware diagnostics, system information retrieval, and system log collection.
