Our SSG-6028R-E1CR12H + CSE-847E26-RJBOD1 have been connected, but can't detect the HDDs in JBOD, the cable connection as follow, any suggestion?

Here is the diagram with an internal cascade cable for your reference.
Please note that, without internal cascade cable (CBL-0281L), they might be looking at the wrong side and wrong path.

Also, the two CBL-SAST-0548 should connected to the 2nd/4th port of the JBOD since the closed loop should be 1-in and 1-out.
