I have an SC822R-400RC chassis. I discovered that my 68-pin SCSI drives cannot fit in. Is there any way to fix the SCSI back panel?

No, all of our SCSI back panels only support 80-pin SCSI drives because they support hot swap while 68-pin drives do not.
